  • Return Cost: Paid by Buyer (Including Tax / Custom Clearance Fee / Other Extra Fee)

  b. Return Restrictions :  

  • With the "Non-Returnable" Mark on Product Page: Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  • Product Categories Restriction: Intimate, personal, and customized products are not returnables. Including bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets)
  • Return methods: Sent back without proper returns requests (Including offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us)

 (1) 2021/03/01 >> You complete the purchase.

 The order information is as below :

  • Product Shipping Fee: $5.00
  • Total Order Cost: $35.00

 (2) 2021/03/02 >>Tain-Joan prepared and shipped your package.

 (3) 2021/03/07 >> Package delivered successfully.

  1. First, You received your product but you are not satisfied with it.
  2. Then, you take action: You could contact us during 2021/03/07 ~ 2021/03/14 (Please proceed with your returns in accordance with follow our support team's for "No Reason Returns Instructions".)
  3. Finally, You start your return and pay for return Cost: $20

 (4) 2021/03/25 >> Assume:

  1. It causes a $10 tax and customs clearance fee when we received your returning.
  2. We received your items and they successfully pass our quality control team. (Estimated 1~2 working days)

 (5) 2021/03/26 >> Tain-Joan inform you the refund has proceeded as follows:

        Case I: If you have paid already the return fee of $20.00 when you sent it back, your final refund details will as below :

  • Your ordered cost total: $35.00 ($30.00 product cost + $5.00 product shipping fee)
  • Tain-Joan cover your return cost in advance: $10 (return tax)
  • Tain-Joan will refund you total : $35.00 - $5.00 - $10.00 = $20.00 

        Case II: If you insist to offer FTC service for $20.00 when you sent it back, your final refund details will as below :

  • Your ordered cost total: $35.00 ($30.00 product cost + $5.00 product shipping fee)
  • Tain-Joan cover your return cost in advance $10 (return tax) + $20 (return fee)
  • Tain-Joan will refund you total : $35.00 - $5.00 - $10.00 - $20 = -$00.00

X NOT ACCEPTABLE -  Situation 2: Order Signed after 7 days >> You received items but you are not satisfied.​

  • Return Support: NO

2. Defective and Damaged Items

     - During the process of your defective and damage return items process, it will be necessary for us to go through the "Quality Checking and Approval" process.

  • Step 1: Please provide your images and videos about your damaged items details  from every angle of your products to our customer support team: [email protected]
  • Step 2: To avoid man-made damage / used damage / intentional damage , Please keep any accessories, products tags, labels, documentation, and packages in your images and videos (which will need to be in accordance with our packaging lists).

        Your returnable 7 days will be 2021/03/22 - 2021/03/29. But you just inform us of your defective and damage issues on 2021/03/30

        In this case, it is not returned acceptable. To avoid intentional damage and return, Please kindly notice and understand that Tain-Joan won't meet your expectation to proceed return process when your package has arrived and signed after 7 days.

X Not Acceptable - Situation 3: Order Signed within or after 7 days - You received perfect items when you open it but the exterior package is damaged.
