Returns and Refunds Policies
Thanks for purchasing your items on Tain & Joan Global online store. If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help you.
For Tain-Joan.com global online store, it will take up to 25-30 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our logistic center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Before proceeding your returns:
A. Product Returns Acceptable
a. Clothing Product (Not including intimate lingeries,underwears,socks.)
B. The following items will require to keep:
- Tain-Joan Lable (paper lable or metal label)
- Tain-Joan Package Box and Bag
- All accessoires contains in products (accessories and products anti-dust bag,cables, batteries, mounts,etc. Please keep all the product items on the box.)
Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. Tain-Joan will automatically refund $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.
Tain-Joan offers the support of 7 days returnable and exchangeable period after the customer received the products. This period will start and calculate from the date when the delivery succeed and you received according to the transport tracking information. Please kindly understand that Tain-Joan won't be acceptable for launching the returns process once 7 days returnable and exchangeable period expired.
According to your tracking number #000000 and delivery tracking information via DHL/FedEx/17 Track displayed:
Date: 2021/01/10 ------ The parcel has been delivered.
Your returnable and exchangeable period will start from 2021/01/11 to 2020/01/17. After 2020/01/17, Tain-Joan will not acceptable to launch the returns. Your order has been closed and completely succes.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
